1.  Approve minutes from 9/21/12 meeting.
2.  Reports from subcommittees:
a.  Legal
i.  Review compiled questions to be asked and add any more that come up
b.  Employee handbook
i.  Review sections that the subcommittee has edited, comment and submit in sections to Select Board for approval
c.  Salary & benefits
i.  Review updated step salary chart from subcommittee
3.  Review information from Treasurer on health insurance and calculation of OT on holidays
4.  Continue discussions/review on job descriptions that still need to be created or that the Committee is still waiting to receive:
a.  Fire Department
b.  Fire Inspector
c.  Health Agent
d.  Board of Health members
e.  Tax Collector
f.  Town Clerk
g.  Treasurer
h.  Library Staff and Library Trustees

Next meetings are scheduled for: 10/26, 11/9 and 11/30 all at 10am
